So I know it’s fashion week and everyone and anyone is going to cover the shows, but since I’m not there, screw that. Instead, let’s make it Australian Explosion week on the blog. Beginning with Romance Was Born yesterday, and today I bring you Karla Spetic. Born in Croatia but calling Australia home for over 15 years, Karla’s aesthetic is far removed from that of Romance Was Born. Her clothes are beautiful in their simplicity and form. The current Spring collection uses dreamy ice cream colours and pretty patterns in draped but yet definitively feminine silhouettes.
